The photocatalytic oxidation system is composed of a composite photocatalytic metal nickel mesh and a C-band ultraviolet lamp. The photocatalyst particles can only be excited to generate electron hole pairs under the irradiation of ultraviolet light at a wavelength, thereby forming strong oxidants such as • OH, oxidizing most of the substances and inorganic pollutants in the exhaust gas, and mineralizing them into inorganic small molecules, CO2, H2O, and other substances.
The composite photocatalysis device is mainly composed of five parts: pretreatment device, foam nickel mesh inlaid with nano titanium dioxide (TiO2), ultraviolet lamp (wavelength: 254nm or 185nm), electric control system and equipment shell, such as benzene, formaldehyde, acetone, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, etc., which is very strong for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus.
